OK, quick rule insertion, we need to call this "The Dick Cheney Award for Biggest Liar of the Year" and give him a lifetime achievement award for lying so he's excluded from competing.
Otherwise, he'd get the award every year.
We need to make this competitive for the other liars in politics.
