It is this woman's irresponsibility that is at fault not the fact that she was permitted to carry a hand gun.
"Go as far?" It was 100% her fault. This was a blatant act of wanton stupidity, which will undoubtedly scar a human being for life. We're all just lucky she only got herself killed.
