Allegiance to a tribe requires that the tribe be identifiable whether that be as individuals (hard to do with more than a couple dozen members) or as -all those with a minimum amount of melanin in their skin- or as -those people with whom I share a specifically defined false belief and cut off the end of my penis-. Being a member of that tribe gives you access to its protection and its ability to command resources by force. It's a very stable and useful structure in human society. War paint might identify your side in a skirmish (like football jerseys.) Skin color can be just another way to tell who's on your side in a fight.
Back MANY years ago, at summer camp, the counselors split us up by eye color and gave each side a few eye shade slurs to yell at each other. We were at each others collective throats by the end of the afternoon. It's really easy to set up. Really hard to suppress.
Hmm...I feel like I'm missing some key information. I have 7 people on my list, 8 including myself. 4 Hispanic people, 3 white people, 1 black person. 4 with blue eyes, 3 with brown eyes, 1 with hazel eyes. 3 are medium height, 2 are tall, 3 are very short but may or may not remain that way. The only way you can identify my tribe as a whole is these are the people I would risk my life to save and the people I trust completely. They're my people because they're mine. Doesn't mean I don't identify with other people for various other reasons. My people are my people because I love them. I don't see that as the same as saying "my people" and meaning all white people. Millions of strangers? The only constant is that they're white? These aren't the people on your side in a fight. If I see a white person and a black person in a fight I am going to back away until I'm at a good distance and then I'm goin to turn and leave. I'm not going to jump in the fight with someone because they're white.

My people? Mine? I have a very short list of people that I consider my people. Less than half of them are white. So, obviously, it's not racist for me to love my people, but...if you think your people means the entirety of people that have the same color skin as you...you might be racist whether you love all of them or not.
I have so many questions, but it may be too rude to ask them so I won't. But I am wondering.
Fire away.
How old were you when you got your dick tattooed?
How have you convinced any women(or men, I'm not sure about your orientation) to let you put your swastika in their body?
Was this like gang initiation or a dare or why?
Why don't you get the arm one covered up or removed?
