Yeah it definitely didn't, especially since he passed a test 5 days later or whatever it was. I agree he is probably the greatest. Silva had an impressive run and will probably get back on top in no time, if his heart is still in it, but much like Machida, he mostly tries to stay out of trouble and, also like Machida, his fighting style is a little one dimensional. I think that Jones mixes it up (you know, MMA) and that he isn't afraid to test his abilities by getting in some deep shit edges out Silva as the GOAT. For these same reasons Jones' fights are much more entertaining to watch. And it's just good to see Americans kicking ass at such a high level. Canada and Brazil were dominating there for a while.
