In my opinion, the whole thing sounded far too scripted. It sounds like you guys have the entire transcript in front of you and you are just reading it off. That's fine if you want to do it that way, but you need to talk in a way that makes everyone think you are just having a conversation. At the moment the entire thing is dull and dreary; I couldn't listen to the whole 8 minutes, let alone an entire podcast.
The content is fine though; it's certainly a unique podcast. If you can change the style and make it more listenable, you'll be fine.
