I see where you're coming from, AFTT. In the early days the "mixed" part of MMA applied more to the mix of fighters than the fighting style. Remember that one dude with one boxing glove? Lol at least there are still plenty if amateur fights televised these days. It's not the same, but it is interesting to see what they do in situations when it's new to them.

I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
