I think what strikes me the most is the sheer callousness poorly masked as a peppy call for reaffirmation. It's just breathtaking.
The very first one he posts is "James 4:7: Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." So is the claim that the devil invented the flu, or that the flu is the devil? If it's the former, has the writer of the article ever been ill?
