You've already had the difference between atheism and secularism explained to you several times. You've also had the importance of that distinction explained to you.
What else do you want explained? The difference between secularism and Communism? Oh, wait -- that's already been explained to you, as well. The reason why government doesn't always, or even regularly, represent the socio-cultural views of an entire nation? Been there, done that, bought the coffee cup.
