I am glad that there are people who are wiling to cover the cat's expenses and that apparently the owner loves his pet very much. We had to euthanize our much loved beagle due to the problems that come with old age. Although it has been a couple of years since he died, I still miss our dog.
What worries me is that another neighbor believes that their cat was hit by the same driver. I wonder if someone is going out of their way to hurt cats.
