The extra 1.8 billion years would help you only if you are a extremophile microbe that eats red hot poison for food, or a photosynthetic organism that has evolved a new photosynthetic mechanism which hitherto has not been known to have made an appearence in life on earth, but which some biochemists think ought to be possible to evolve.
