Oh, he did things...
Things like parasites, which supposedly are part of god's "perfect" plan B (I'm assuming plan A involved humans obeying god, not eating the forbidden fruit and remaining forever in paradise, but maybe he assumed the worst from the start?).

Parasites.
Because how could a world be any good, without things burrowing into children's eyes?...
