Raise to 20 preflop, obv. With three limpers ahead of you 16 is just gross. You may as well have limped yourself.
Frankly, once the hand went 5 way, your jacks became about as valuable as deuces. If I can't isolate with a hand like that, I turn to set mining and occasionally running bluffs. I might just check it down here, which is admittedly meh, but this really isn't the greatest spot.
I don't expect a bet to take it down here very often, but I might throw out 20 and see what happens. Reevaluate the turn. When you get called, at least you know you're probably behind. :p
I don't mind catching a jack on the turn (if I bet here). Depends on how many donks you have in the game that would peel for a gutterball for $20. The pot odds aren't there and the implied odds aren't either.
Don't they spread pot or no limit in your neck of the woods, Heywood? Limit poker just sucks so hard.
