I've been physically disabled since birth. My body has never worked right to begin with. I deal with pressure sores daily. I'm also diabetic (thanks family history, where just about everyone gets it at 30 regardless of diet). I'd still rather live than not.
Not immortality. But a good 500-1000 years would be good.
Besides, the longer I live, the more likely science will alleviate a lot of the ailments we get as we age, in addition to increasing our life expectancy.
