Unfortunate your unstated expectations were not met. I was a moderator once,for about a year. I did it for because I wanted to and because it was fun. As soon as that ceased to be the case,I stopped.

Yes,being an unpaid member on a internet forum is a thankless task.That's one reason I stopped and will never donate my time in such away again. I understand and empathise with your frustration,but not with your disappointment.
