Scenario 1: Both sides get time to prepare.
Though vader has his advantage in force powers, batman can just as easily trap him in an energy-cage trapped alongside several ysalmiri, and attack with weapons made from mandalorian iron.
Result - Batman wins

Scenario 2: Sudden death battle.
Batman has no chance at fighting against Vaders force powers.
Result - Vader wins

Here we go another ysalmiri and mandalorian iron post...
