Or maybe you're just too dumb to realize that the things you're saying only serve to hurt a person that needs help. I've seen tough love. I'm a big fan of tough love. This is not tough love.Ah yes, you know all, and my experience just couldn't have happened.
Quote:I truly find it hard to believe that you have any experience in mental health issues(and if you did, clearly you weren't intelligent enough to extrapolate any useful information from those experiences) given that your "tough love" amounts to nothing more than "man up," an approach that no person who has spent a significant amount of time in the mental health community and has even a drop of empathy would ever use.Wow you're dumb. The suggestions I gave are indeed used by the mental health community, they're just worded in a less than tough manner. If you knew squat, you'd know that:
- exercise
- eating right
- keeping up your appearance
- keeping active
- challenging negative self-thought
...are pretty common suggestions for depression and some other conditions.
But I guess you're sold on better living through chemistry and don't want to hear anything else.
