I've never tested my skin. I get around it by letting things roll off and keeping things in perspective.

I can never really decide if I'm a "fuck 'em" or an all-inclusive-kumbaya type. Grams calls me a mugwump.

Anyhow, back to giving Steel the well-deserved beejes.

We are lucky in that we have a great membership and hence the list of potential moderators is almost endless. 


But mostly it's just admin. Admin admin admin. I interact as a moderator probably less than 10% of my time being on the forum, and of that 10% 90% is back room house tidying, like it is for most of the staff I would reckon.
