Well, if either Clinton or Bush are elected President as it looks like may very well happen, you can bet this won't ever truly be dismantled. And just remember, while Clinton and the rest believe that they have the right to possess your digital history, government officials' (i.e. "public" servants) emails mysteriously disappear when they're compelled to share them.
