Hey Guardian Atheist, welcome 
Good for you for getting out there in the community.
I think the guys you mention are awesome too, and have done a lot of good in educating people. I think that the bulk of the challenge is about education, both about what atheism is (or rather isn't), in critical thinking and in how science is so important.
I want every child knowing about at least 20 logical fallacies by the age of 2 dammit!
Or else I eat them.
