Um no! I was making general statement about people in the US in general not just the democrats.

Please stop equating Democrats to Republicans. The voters constitute more than the politicians. As voters we do have the right ideas. On can only argue that the Democratic politicians compromise too much and that our voter apathy has allowed that.

But the ideas of equal pay, and women having control over their own bodies, affordable health care, cheaper or free higher education, social equality, are the right ideas. 

Now if you want to blame anything for the parties seeming the same, blame our growing plutocracy. Blame big money in politics. Not the ideas of one party. 

Democrats have the right ideas, I can only say our politicians tactics suck right now and it does not help having the other side blackmail all of us and have our side cave in every time they do.
