I understand you are worried about subconsciously logging in, so here's a solution, but it is a bit long:-


1) Use a random password generator, and generate a twenty character password with every available symbol.
2) Do NOT memorize it or write it down, just copy it and change your forum password with it.
3) Go to a dummy mail client service like mailinator, and create a mail account with that password as username.
4) Use this new mail address as your forum recovery email.
5) When all set, clear your browser, cookies, form data, and history.
6) Write down the password, and mail it to a random non-existent address in china. Use your parents address as the return address.
7) Go to a bar, and make sure to get extremely drunk.
