how did they know that the brain waves were done? how long was the person out for? you should memorize the names of the scientists involved in this important experiment for me to google.

But, you can't alter the 'mind' (because the mind is just an abstract concept that doesn't really exist) to influence the brain. (and ... we could have used alter in place of influence in both cases. alter the mind to alter the brain... influence the brain to influence the mind and vice versa...) There must be stimuli.
