It is a good start to the day. But it is not enough to sustain someone for an entire day. What is it that you are doing, that you are not at home on a weekend, yet are online, and not drinking? Oh wait, we are not supposed to be asking questions. You, however, have corrupted me, as one can see in your question. Please allow me to rephrase things. It is a mystery, what you are doing, that you are not at home on a weekend, yet are online, and not drinking. So, no, I am not satisfied, if all you have had is some beer for breakfast. You should have something for lunch as well. And dinner. You really seem like you are taunting Dionysos, and are risking his mighty wrath.
When I visited Germany many years ago, I remember that some of the youth were corrupt, and were not drinking as their elders did. I liked their elders, who appreciated what matters in life.
Now, I do appreciate the fact that you had a wheat beer. It is something good, that more Americans should experience. So, a small sin of omission can be forgiven for that, but you really should avoid antagonizing Dionysos. You do not want him to punish you.
"A wise man ... proportions his belief to the evidence."
