I disagree. Yes, more Native Americans died during the colonisation period and there has always been war and bloodshed, but very rarely on the kind of scale and efficiency employed by the Nazis. Their...feverish obsession with exterminating the 'untermensch' reached levels never witnessed before in history, and hopefully never witnessed in the future.
