That's not a very good question because it's impossible to "find out" the answer without being "God" yourself. For example, there's no "God" so when you die your consciousness ceases to exist and you know nothing because you no long exist, although the universe keeps spinning. "God" exists but he never reveals himself to you so you remain ignorant of his existence. Since you lack the ability to search the universe and all dimensions you could never say for sure that "God" doesn't exist.
My opinion is that it simply doesn't matter. I think that the idea of such an entity existing is asinine, especially as depicted in religions. One day androids might ask that question but their answer will be that their "God" was man, who created them and gave them intelligence. Even so they will be foolish to worship man.
