I vote no as well. He's a nice friendly guy, but all that saccharine sweetness is clearly holding in a lot of repressed tension. It's got to come out in some way, and when that puppy blows it's a doozy, as some episodes have shown. Not too sure I'd want a front-page national headline for a neighbour.
