No not just double standards by liberal Christians, but all liberals. I've run into liberal atheists and liberal Muslims and liberal Buddhists and Hindus, whom think protecting minorities involves censorship. If all 7 billion of us got to silence others because we get offended, we could all think of things we'd never like to hear again.
Civility isn't about being free from getting offended. Civility is what you do when someone offends you.
