Bold mine. I have identified your problem. Get FF or Chrome, you're welcome. Although you can allow certain malware with them, they are way better than IE. Kill it.

People above have gave also good suggestions to remove it.
I actually had firefox to begin with and got rid of it as a method to try and get rid of this malware.
