Thank you. It's like a much more extreme example of "coming out" gay. That can be hard enough, can you imagine someone "coming out" pedophilic to their friends and family?
Until society accepts this, we have a huge problem. People are far more likely to act on their urges I believe when they have to deal with it all alone.
