Either way, it's a bit pitiful that you think that burden shifting garbage is a cogent argument. If the best you have is a combination of dictating the position of others to them, and grandstanding over their willingness to be intellectually honest, then you don't have much of a case at all. In fact it's worse in your case, because you don't even have the wherewithal to explain your own position.
So I ask again: what is your basis for accusing us of having a presupposition against your claim?
