We should pay for our protection through taxes.
And in most cases we do. Where I live, my parents pay a ton of taxes for things like this. Why not there? Is it a poor neighborhood?
Why do some have the opportunity for safety and others don't? It's $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ hunger!
