Yeah some public toilets actually are pretty clean, if that's the case I don't mind using them so much.
I also refuse to pay to use a public toilet. I'm not paying to do a basic biological function. I'll walk 10 minutes along New Street in Birmingham to go in the free toilets in the Bullring, before I'll pay 30p to use the ones in New Street train station, which are no cleaner. Might sound petty but it's on principle.
