Perhaps you might reread what I wrote, imagine the context, and stop being so fucking obtuse.
I imagined the context as such: a few people might have a brawl, and they might require a Staff member's notice in order to not further engage with each other in the same manner so as not to upset the overall atmosphere of the thread. It might be, however, that not everyone partook in this fracas. Maybe only those that did squarrel over something in an unappropriate way should be thusly approached(by name). Moreover, I think, if it's possible, this notice should also be specifically sent to those implicated in the heated debate so as to make it even more plausible that those to whom it might be addressed would be made aware of said notice. That way, you post the notice within the thread, so that everyone might see it, and at the same time call attention to those directly concerned with the staff's notification. This increases the chances of their taking note of it and subsequently taking it into account before posting their next reply.
