cool post. I agree with everything you said. I would even go so far as to say that prostitution should be legal. Women should have the right to consensual sex for money. I wonder how legalizing prostitution would affect economy. I think women should wear what they want and not have to worry about getting raped.
@ Synackaon I can't believe you wrote all of that, but thanks for shedding new light on this discussion. If we actually put the 'rape because of clothing preference' on trial, there is a chance the jury will find the defendant's argument to 'suggestive, provocative clothing' appealing; not enough to let the defendant go, but enough to weaken the verdict. I guess women need to sign in on laws that protect them from this faulty justification of rape. When I say 'protect' i also mean that the laws would ensure that there is no justification for rape. debate debate.
