See even the middle class and the rich should care. It is way too simplistic to say "don't buy it" for the reason you just said. The housing market is outrageous in big cities, so much so that in San Francisco that just renting a bunk in a room in an apartment with others sharing that same room has gotten to $1,000 per month. How anyone can expect someone on $7.25 or even $10 per hour still would not cut it at prices like that.
You simply cannot keep exploding the cost of living and not have wages keep up with it. But this is what happens when the rich create a plutocracy. More monopolies and higher prices.
