The problem is, I can’t sleep at night even if I don’t drink coffee but I can’t function at normal human level during the day if I don’t drink coffee.
Go to a doctor and ask what medicine for sleep needs to be taken. You also need to slowly remove coffee, it isn't meant to be used as a power booster, it has too many side effects. Again, without good sleep your committing a slow suicide, so visit a doctor.
Our mental performance isn't great even if we sleep enough, but you get dumber and dumber with each skipped day of sleeping, it's a disaster...
