If logic is to be defined as just the concept of logic, then without the concept of logic, logic doesn't exist at all.
If logic is to be defined as the totality of all logical things, then logic exists if anything exists at all.
If logic is to be defined as the totality of all logical things, then logic exists if anything exists at all.
