It was or will be used to "drain the swamp." Meaning it was meant to find collusion and collusion was found but on the "Dims" side of the campaign. This Dossier was used to secure a FISA warrant which allowed the FBI to spy on the trump campaign and "leak" information to the news. These this phoney warrant was used to start the muller collusion investigation. Something that should have never happened as it was based on then know bad evidence, yet the remnants of Obama's  state department push it though.. That is alot of Dims who are going to be caught in the swamp in very short order.
