NONE! They've won exactly NONE!  It is perfectly shameful that the most successful footballers on the planet are paid a pitiable fraction of what their male counterparts are paid.  And the revenue argument is disproved - the US women's team have generated MORE revenue than the men's team from 2016 through 2018.

Your boss tells you that you make less than Jim because Jim closes more sales than you do.  For the last two to three years, you have been closing more sales than Jim.  Where is your boss's justification for continuing to pay you less?
