If actual, discrete infinites can exist in our world, then our universe can exist eternally, and does not need God to create it.

Even if infinites cannot exist in our world, that does not necessarily validate any of the god claims. What do you mean when you say "god", anyway?

Of course it doesn't. Who says it does?
