Yeah, I'm of the same school of thought as Esquilax here.

I do think there can be useful remedies to be found outside of normal medicine, things that can help with some symptoms, but that shouldn't be confused with real medicine. There's an awful lot of bull shit and con-artistry going on, so I'd say stick to natural remedies and such rather than stuff which makes actual healing claims.
