All I am going to do is propose that we adopt the EvilBible model of forum administration - make the Rules invisible, so you won't know you're breaking them until it's too late; scrap the current sliding scale for sanctions and just leave permabanning; disband the Staff and the quorum system, with just the forum owner as sole judge, jury and executioner with executive power to remove anyone at any time for any reason, with zero warning.
