Right. It's not as if all 12 of my state's electoral votes aren't going to go to whatever Democrat gets the nomination - by close to a 2:1 margin - regardless of who it is.
Oh wait, yes it is.
If those 12 electoral votes were put at risk by myself not voting for Clinton, I'd vote for her. They aren't. I won't.
I mean, listen, I get the whole "one vote thing."
I was just trying to say that conceptualizing voting or not voting as a broader statement cuts both ways. One can not vote for anyone and say "I didn't ask for any of this", and someone can say "well, you didn't try to stop it either." One can vote and say "I did my part to try to stop the other guy's shit," and someone can say "so, you mean you asked for all this shit?"
I'm of the "voting is a civic duty" bent myself, but that's just a personal opinion. I didn't mean to put down anyone who doesn't vote, regardless of the reason; rather, I just meant to say, essentially, that not voting because you don't want to feel complicit in getting HDawg elected and then conceptualizing it positively is, I don't know... it rings hollow to me, especially when I feel that it's clear that, however much one feels "Ideal Candidate" >>>> "Bernie Sanders" >>>> "Hillary Clinton", that person should also feel "Hillary Clinton" >>>> "whoever the republican nominee is". I'll be voting for that last >>>>, thankyouverymuch.

Don't worry, my friend. If this be the end, then so shall it be.
