No. It was her way of saying nothing of substance, so that everyone - especially dim people, fond of nationalistic symbolism - could interpret her words however they like. Not that phrases like "soft Brexit", or "hard Brexit" have much meaning anyway. Nobody knows how what will be the outcome of the whole thing, because - as I said - nobody planned for it.
One thing is for certain - pretty much nobody will be happy. "Remainers" will be upset, because of the loss of many benefits associated with EU membership, and "Leavers" will be p*ssed off, because what they wanted was a nostalgic fantasy, which - obviously - was never going to come true.

LOL... Yeah, you wish. And if you don't - you're going to. UK will very likely still be closely tied to EU, but it's going to lose much more than just the "EU member" title. Preferential treatment, a voice in EU Parliament, free access to the common market, possibly Scotland - those are just a few things that come to mind.
It's a good thing you're mentally preparing yourself for butt-hurt, because that's going to happen - one way or another. And it's lucky for you, that you have a scapegoat ready, so it'll be some time before you have to face the fact, that Brexit was a stupid idea and UK would have been better off without going through the whole debacle.
