No it is not. Interfaith means "relating to or between different religions or members of different religions." In the context above, Christians are working with Jews to effect a greater good. It would be decidedly unchristian not to on the basis of "working with Jews"
But Jesus exhorted his followers to avoid associating with non-Jews, so, to that extent, working with Jews IS unChristian.
