Perhaps you just want other's to confront him, because you are scared to , but it could end up being much more than that. If you just want to say this is a bad idea and want to share that opinion with others, I don't see where giving a name is necessary. I agree with someone who commented to the effect of; grow some balls, and confront him yourself. If you like, I would help you to question him, and get you point across without being confrontational.
