I'm guessing that's just a joke, but in case anybody seriously thinks that - I think that kind of thing might undermine public credibility of any victims of rich rapists, who might come out in the future.
An exceedingly "generous" charity donation might be a better option.
Jimmy Savile had a number of accusers in the triple digits and was only publicly outed about a year after his death.

Last year, I went to Al Johnson's Swedish restaurant. The waitress who served me and my Dad had a lot of bruises on her and a terminal case of nerves. On the drive back to the cottage, I wished I had looked up the name and number of the nearest women's shelter. Fortunately, I have now, and if I see someone in that situation again up there, I'll take a napkin and write "HELP of Door County, 219 Green Bay Rd, Sturgeon Bay 920-743-8818." Then again, given that Door County is one of those places that requires long car trips to get anywhere, it might be a difficult place to actually get to, and even in my case, barring emergencies that require a trip down-county we just go down to Sturgeon Bay once on the drive up, once on the drive down, and once Midway through to drop off laundry. And even then, we almost never go to the other side of the bridge (where the shelter is located) until it’s time to come up or leave.
(The drive from the restaurant to the shelter on Google Maps is about 33 miles)
