I was living in Florida, USA when hurricane Wilma churned her way across the drooping penis part of the state. I was working at Cape Canaveral at the time, and it was interesting to see the rain come by basically horizontal, hundred(s) of miles from the eye. It was a first for me to see the water in the bowl of the toilet surging. I've lived in California for most of my life, and have never observed a sloshing toilet like that. But then, an earthquake lasts maybe half a minute, tops.
