Hey, GC, you hearing voices bud? Left, right or stereo? Male or female? Is there a history of schizophrenia in your family and can you recall any specific event from the onset of your hearing voices? Have you, since beginning to hear voices, spoken to a medical professional or mental health counselor? Does your family know that you hear voices, have you discussed this with your so/kids/siblings/whathaveyou? Your employer/employees or coworkers? Do the voices ever tell you to do anything, or not to do anything, and if so what sorts of things? Do the voices ever express opinions about other people, if so what sorts of opinions? Do the voices mainly narrate/monologue or do they engage in dialogue with you? How often, and at random or in regular intervals and/or on schedule? Do the voices seem to know what's on your mind or do they engage in lines of questioning to that effect? Are the voices disembodied or do they sometimes seem to come from people or objects around you?
Finally, what's the last thing you can remember hearing the voices say? Please be specific.
