No, that isn't a bill that covers everyone. This isn't like a law against drunk driving, or speeding, that applies to everyone. This isn't a law that allows heterosexual marriage and same sex marriage. This is a law that is designed to lock in power to one party.
Elections are about competing for votes. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Name me one President in the past 50 years, or Presidential candidate that didn't eventually concede and congratulate the winner? That law is basically saying they don't trust the voters.
This is about the GOP trying to move the country to a fascist state, because those old white men who run the party fear shifting demographics. Instead of trying to cheat, they should adapt, and come up with new ideas to compete with. They have no new ideas, so this is all they have left.
Some politicians do act out of self interests, but you are not going to get away with the fallacy of equivocation. The two parties are NOT the same.
It wasn't in Hillary's interests for Biden to certify Trump's win in 2016, nor was it a benefit to Democrats when VP Biden certified Trump as the winner in 16, but he did his job. It also was not in VP Pence's interest to certify Biden as the winner, but he did his job, and for doing that, Pence became a target for murder.
